Transforming Lives Through Expert Therapy

My Approach

I am a Telehealth-based psychotherapy practice for adults who want practical, evidence-based support—and a therapist who can meet them with both warmth and clarity. I help clients make sense of what’s happening, build skills that work in real life, and create meaningful change without getting stuck in endless “processing” that doesn’t translate into action.

My work is collaborative and straightforward. We’ll identify what’s keeping you stuck, set goals that actually fit your life, and use tools you can practice between sessions. I frequently help with anxiety, stress and burnout, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, relationship patterns, and identity-related concerns. Sessions are held securely online, with an approach that’s structured when you want structure and flexible when you need room to breathe.

If you’re looking for therapy that is grounded, practical, and respectful—without being cold or cookie-cutter—you’re in the right place.

Values

Science-Based Treatment

Your time and money matter. I use approaches with empirical support and measurable outcomes.

Respect for Diversity

I affirm clients of all sexual orientations, gender identities, cultural backgrounds, and belief systems. Therapy should be a place where you don’t have to filter who you are.

Collaboration

You are not a passive participant. Therapy works best when we think together.

Clarity

No jargon for the sake of sounding impressive. No vague “healing energy.” Just thoughtful, structured work.

About me

I’m a licensed psychologist providing telehealth psychotherapy to adults who want structured, meaningful change. My approach is grounded in behavioral science. I’m interested in what maintains a problem — not just what caused it — and how we can intervene in ways that are practical and measurable.

I’m comfortable sitting with complexity, but I don’t believe therapy should be vague. Insight matters. So do skills. So does follow-through.

I work well with people who appreciate clarity and intellectual honesty. Many of my clients are high-functioning professionals who are used to solving problems in other areas of their life but find themselves frustrated when emotions or relationships don’t respond to logic alone.

I value diversity and individuality deeply. I work with clients across sexual orientations, gender identities, and cultural backgrounds. You won’t need to perform or educate me in order to feel respected here.

As an MBA graduate and tech startup advisor, bodybuilder, and actor, I know the challenges of high-pressure roles. I work with active, high-performance individuals facing challenges in their mental health and well-being.

Because I provide telehealth only, I’ve built my practice to be intentional and focused. Remote therapy allows for flexibility and accessibility — but the work itself remains structured, engaged, and personal.

At its core, my goal is simple: To help you understand your patterns clearly and build durable skills that extend beyond our sessions.

Therapy shouldn’t make you dependent on therapy. It should make you more capable in your own life.

Logistics

I provide individual, Telehealth-based, one hour therapy sessions. I’m based in Illinois, and can see clients in any state in which PsyPact legislation has been passed to allow for inter-state practice (see this map for current states in PsyPact).
